All our garments are customized and are made to order. Each garment is handcrafted as per the customer’s instructions and needs, therefore we assume that the customer understands our terms and conditions clearly while placing the order. No exchange or return would be offered once the order is placed. However, extra margins will be provided inside for alterations at your end.

The product prices displayed are at maximum retail price. In the case of international deliveries, we ship on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, the customer is liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country where the product is delivered, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Our only aim as a business is to serve the customer’s best interest however, we reserve a right to accept or reject orders in case required. Since our orders are customized specially for each customer therefore as part of our policy, there would be no cancellation or exchange once the order is placed. We do not offer any refund on the orders that are once placed as each order is specially made for the specific customer and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged.
